What to Expect
In our sessions together, you’ll be gently guided through a process of remembering — who you are beneath the noise, the roles, and the survival patterns.
We work at your pace, following the threads of what feels most alive.
That might look like untangling past wounds, understanding emotional triggers, supporting your nervous system (with anxiety or depression or anger), or tending to the younger parts of you that still long to be heard.

This work isn’t about getting it “right.” It’s about meeting yourself with compassion, curiosity, and the courage to grow.
