In this 6-week experience, you’ll learn to connect with your breath and experience the power that lies within you… your breath.
Each week gently builds on the last, allowing you to develop a strong, embodied relationship with your breath and nervous system—without force, and entirely at your own pace. This is a powerful and personal journey, and my intention is to guide you in a soft, supportive way so you feel safe, confident, and empowered in your body.
We’ll explore the intimate connection between your breath and your nervous system, learning how your breath reflects your inner world—and how to use it to shift your state.
You’ll also begin to gently uncover and identify core beliefs that may be shaping your life from the background, creating space for awareness, choice, and new patterns to emerge.
